Pharmacodynamics

Many bodybuilders resort to the use of T3 by Maha Pharma as a means to lose weight. T3 has a powerful fat-burning effect, increases calorie consumption and accelerates metabolism, T3 has an adrenaline-like effect, making the heart beat faster, and at the same time it causes a feeling of excitement and anxiety, which are not well tolerated.

However, many side effects can be eliminated by combining T3 and beta-blockers. Beta-blockers inhibit the receptors through which lyothyronine acts on heart, so they prevent the negative effects of T3 on heart, normalize the rhythm and reduce its side effects.

Usage and Dosage

Increase the daily dose of metoprolol to 100 mg (50 mg 2 times a day). The dosage of metoprolol is selected individually, so that the resting pulse rate is 60-70 beats per minute. Reduce T3 dosage if severe side effects occur.
